Every organization has a leader, a leader to help the team players through every obstacle. The organizations depend on a lot of factors; one of them is the leader and the team itself, the stakeholder behind that organization. The type of organization changes but some of the principles don’t change, like there will always be a leader of some kind to help that organization, and a stakeholder to manage the deals for that team. The relationship between the leader and the team players is not something to be misinterpreted as a relationship between a boss and a worker. They have to share an understanding of each other, to work with each other to find the best solutions for every difficulty the team faces. Some people possess the traits of a leader because not everybody can play the role of a leader if he didn’t possess the needed traits to understand his team truly.
I think the leadership works on a lot of levels, depending on the team and the organization itself. The leader has a lot to offer for his teammates; they have to possess the understanding of each other; the leader should work to make his team get the best out of the team. The stakeholder should also work toward understanding the team, where they have to play their role in the organization to help the team from their view. All of these factors work toward the success of that organization because they all affect that team in every way. If these factors were used right, then there will be a right team sharing a respected mutual relationship between the leader and the organization.
